Employee Health & Safety

The health and safety of our employees and contractors is of paramount importance to ANI. Consequently the goal of our policy is wide ranging and includes taking measures to maintain, and where possible, improve the lifestyle, fitness, health and safety of all our employees and contractors.

Within the Alliance Network International Group of Companies a wide range of roles are performed requiring tailored OH&S solutions to best suit their circumstances. ANI offers support in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, team consultation, monitoring of fatigue and fitness levels, maintaining life/work balance and availing staff of assistance and counselling where drug and alcohol are underlying problems. Indigenous Participation

ANI places great emphasis on its corporate values of integrity and community involvement and is committed to playing an active role in alleviating and rectifying the inequalities of opportunity for employment and economic advancement currently faced by Indigenous Australians.

In 2008 ANI’s first Indigenous trainee successfully completed his studies as part of the company’s One Step Forward Program. ANI was proud not only of this personal achievement, but of the assistance and encouragement offered by colleagues, demonstrating how eagerly embraced the program has been by the ANI team.

Environmental Commitment

ANI recognises the need to ensure business practices are sustainable and environmentally responsible. We observe this across all levels of operation, from minor, internal practices to the environmentally focused projects of our Green Alliance division and the sustainability innovation that is the backbone of Envirobuilt.

Continuous Improvement

ANI has a philosophy of continuous improvement based around the requirement to regularly review the processes we use to deliver our services. We evaluate the results obtained from those processes to identify ways in which both the provision of our services and the way our business operates can be improved.

By keeping our programming and development in-house we can tailor our systems for seamless integration into those of our clients. We customise and regularly update systems – this lack of outsourcing ensures secure handling of sensitive data and no compromise on application suitability.
