We can supply a comprehensive range of highly qualified and experienced trades people including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, carpet layers and glaziers to name just a few.

ANI Building & Maintenance has formal procedures for the selection of trade contractors which require evaluation of the quality of the supplied product or service, the contractor’s safety performance, their environmental management, their current workload/availability and capacity together with their ability to service the requirements of the relevant contract including the contractual KPIs. Our Field Supervisors provide direct management input into the control of these contractors, conducting physical inspections of work prior to invoice and random site audits to ensure specifications are being met.
